Diogo Jota opened the scoring for Liverpool in the 31st minute but Burnley equalized on the stroke of halftime.

In the 52nd minute, Luis Diaz made it 2-1 before Darwin Nunez added the third on 79 minutes.
In North London, Tottenham Hotspur sealed a 2-1 comeback win against Brighton to keep their title hopes alive.
Brighton went 1-0 up thanks to a 17th minute strike by Pascal Grob.
Spurs were back on level terms as Pape Sarr made it 1-1 in the 61st minute before Brennan Johnson netted a 97th minute winner.
The win took Spurs up to fourth place on 47 points and seven points behind leaders Liverpool.
Other results saw Fulham beat Bournemouth 3-2, Sheffield United defeated Luton 3-1 away, and Brentford beat Wolves 2-0.
