Kylian Mbappe has disclosed that his future with Paris Saint-Germain ‘will be resolved one day’ amid rumors of his exit from the club with a move to Real Madrid on the cards ahead of the 2023 summer transfer window.
Throughout his career, the renowned attacker has been continuously linked with a move to the Laliga giants. The rumours intensified in June when Mbappe told PSG he would not be exercising his option to extend his current contract with the Ligue 1 champions into 2024.
The widespread speculation that the forward would be sold right away after choosing not to activate his contract option made PSG accept a record-breaking £259 million offer from Al Hilal, a Saudi Pro League outfit. This is out of concern that the Parisians would lose the player for nothing as he will become a free agent by the end of the 2023/24 season.
After “positive” talks over his future with the team, the 24-year-old ultimately turned down that offer from Al Hilal and was reintegrated into the PSG first team in August.

According to 90min, Mbappe cut an outraged figure when Telefoot asked him about his future when he was on international duty.
“It’s something I don’t want to talk about, especially since I already did it in June and it took up a big part of the time with the national team,” he said.
“I want us to talk more about the national team, rather than me talking about something that will be resolved one day, so there will be time to talk about that.”
Mbappe became France’s third all-time highest goalscorer when he netted a hat-trick in Les Bleus’ resounding 14-0 victory over Gibraltar in their Euro 2024 qualifying series. He also provided a hat-trick of assists in that incredible win.
So far this season, the Frenchman has scored 15 goals in as many games across all competitions as PSG top the Ligue 1 table with 27 points from 12 matches.
