Monaco Ready To Offer €17m For Sadiq

French Ligue 1 outfit Monaco are preparing an offer of €17m for Partizan Belgrade forward Umar Sadiq, reports Completesports.com.

Monaco are in the market for s new striker after allowing Algerian Islam Slimani return to Leicester City following the expiration of his one-year loan deal.

According to fudbalskihram.fr, Monaco vice-president Oleg Petrov has already contacted Milos Vazura, director general of Partizan Belgrade to discuss the move.

Both clubs have an excellent relationship which could help facilitate the transfer on time.

Monaco’s Ligue 1 rival, Lille have also been linked with the lanky striker.

The Great Danes have reportedly lined him up as replacement for compatriot Victor Osimhen, who is expected to leave the club this summer.

Sadiq scored 17 goals and recorded 16 assists in 38 appearances across all competitions for Partizan in the 2019/20 campaign.

The 23-year-old joined Partizan on a permanent deal from Serie A club AS Roma in January.

Partizan finished as runners-up to Crvena Zvezda in the Super Liga and lost in the final of Serbian Cup to Vojvodina.

    He should avoid Monaco and consider Lille if Osimehin moves. Monaco is not stable right now and they have loads of money to throw around. Go to a team that will value you.
