Moses Celebrates Russian Cup Final Win

Former Super Eagles winger, Victor Moses has celebrated his club Spartak Moscow’s Russian Cup Win over Dynamo Moscow.

Spartak Moscow defeated Dynamo Moscow 2-1 at the Luzhniki Stadium on Sunday.

Russian striker Aleksandr Sobolev scored the first goal in the 10th minute but Armenian midfielder Arsen Zakharayan restored parity for Dynamo Moscow ten minutes into the second half.

Spartak made a double change in the
66th minute with Shamar Nicholson replacing Mikhail Ignatov and Maximilano Caufriez coming in for Georgi Dzikhiya.

Quincy Promes scored from an Aleksandr Sobolev assist to make it 2-1 in the 72nd minute.

Daniil Fomin missed a penalty for Dynamo in the 99th minute as the game ended 2-1 in the 101st minute.

Moses who played the entire duration of the match celebrated the victory on his Twitter handle.

“Cup Final Winners!,” he Tweeted.

Moses scored three goals and recorded five assists in 34 games for Spartak Moscow this season.

Spartak Moscow finished 10th in the 16 team Russian Premier League with 38 points after 30 games.
