Super Eagles defender, William Troost-Ekong has revealed that his dream is to see his children watch him play for the senior national team.
The PAOK FC star, who shone like a million stars at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, where he was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament, made this known in an interview with Segun Odegbami.

He noted that his children are big fans of the Super Eagles and that he will be so delighted to see them watch him play for Nigeria.
“But I tried to keep my private life private for obvious reasons. We have a strong family unit. My kids are not old enough to travel and watch me play in Nigeria.
“But this is one of the things that motivates me to keep playing longer because my dream is to see them come to watch me play for the Super Eagles at home.
“My children are Super Eagles fans and I tried to remind them that they are from Nigeria. And that is my job.”
