Nigeria Professional Football league (NPFL) highest goal scorer Silas Nwankwo said he is delighted to be named Best Performance of the year Men (Nigeria based) for 2020/2021season at the NFF/ Aiteo Awards.

The Nasarawa United forward said he dedicated the award to God, the coach, club management and fans.
“I am thrilled to win this award. First, I am dedicating the award to Almighty God. Secondly to the People Of Nasarawa State starting from His Excellency The Governor of Nasarawa state. Club chairman Isaac Danladi, Coach Bala Nikyu and the Royal academy, where he started.” Nwankwo said
