omo we need to be very organized against brazil. no defensive blunders especially at the back. Our full backs will need a lot of tracking back from the wingers. Especially with the trickery of the brazllian wingers and their liability to fall down easily. My advice is that the CDMs play carefully not to cause any unnecessary fouls. Ndidi with his talent was unfortunately guilty of that in the Afcon against Algeria. We cannot afford to make such mistakes especially with the very good free kick/set piece takers Brazil has. I have no fears with our attack but will implore the players to be unselfish in their play so we can take all our chances. This cost us against Ukraine.
If the players can play with passion and concentrate with 100% focus all through the game. Attack is the best form of defence. Counter attack I will recommend. If we look at the games where we beat brazil, we played attacking football but still conceded. Atlanta 96 is the best reference.
All the best Lads. Dey fy dey go, no shaking.
Absolutely. Full focus is indispensable to lock horns with the 5-time world champions. The Brazilians are trying hard to make amends for the trauma the Germans caused them with the 7 – 1 drubbing. A wounded lion is a dangerous animal. While defensive errors can indeed be costly, some of the wingers can simply not afford to dilly dally holding on to the ball for long as Iwobi sometimes does. No room for error. You must be at your best to play the best. Good luck Super Eagles!
Very good I can’t wait to watch Neymar playing against super eagles in neutral ground
Our defence needs to be solid
It is going to be an exciting and explosive match
When are the Nigerian players arriving camp? Later we will be crying foul
Good question. The Brazilians start as favorites but they are still taking this seriously while the Super Eagles are still on vacation.
Brazilian players don arrive Camp early but Nigeria players go see they girlfriends in dubia, African players mentality is very low, small success them go dey carry shoulder up but when you retired, few years time una go broke, thats why there easily loose focus
