Barcelona striker Luis Suarez admits he would be delighted to be reunited with PSG star Neymar as transfer speculation intensifies. Neymar left Camp Nou for Paris two years ago in a world record deal for around £198million, as the French side continued their heavy spending in order to try and win the Champions League.
PSG are very keen to keep hold of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, another who is the subject of newspaper gossip, but may have to let one of them go in order to fulfil Financial Fair Play criteria. Speaking about the prospect of his ex team mate playing, Suarez admits he would love to be his team mate once more.
“I was privileged to fulfil one of the best years of my life as a football player at Barcelona next to the best in the world, Messi, and the second-best in the world, Neymar,” he said. “For me, it was one of the best moments I’ve ever lived, winning the treble. He added: ‘Who would not want to enjoy players like Ney? “But he belongs to PSG and these are things that are always talked about during the market.”
