E remain U23
All I see in the GE coach’s resume is “analyst” this, “analyst” that.
I don’t need to ask if we have a technical department in the NFF, cos I know it’s the most useless TD the NFF has had in half a century, but the GE is not a team for an analyst……its a team for a seasoned grassroots talent spotter and youth coach.
Talent does 90% of the work at U17 level of football, not tactics….that is why clubs in Europe focus more on talent development when developing their youth squads and thenceforth integrate tactical development by the time they graduate into the U21s and the reserves, by which time they must have been ripe enough and started knocking at the gates of the 1st team’s training grounds.
The major contender for this GE head coach position was said to be the Beyond Limits coach, a man who has won several trophies at youth tournaments across the world. And we all know that Beyond Limits itself is a talent hub for Remo Stars FC. I can’t recall the number of Beyond Limit Alumni who have been successfully transferred directly to Europe…..something even NPFL teams struggle to achieve.
NFF…….NFF…….NFFFFF……….!
Na sidon look we dey.
The appointments looks credible to me
Are these coaches going to be paid their salaries when due, or will their salaries be shared? Onigbese doings.
If you ask me, who I wan ask?
