Belgian Pro League club Cercle Brugge have completed the signing of Nigerian-born defender Tayo Adaramola from Premier League side Crystal Palace.
Adaramola has signed a contract with the Green and Blacks that will keep him at the club until 2030.
The 22-year-old is no stranger to Belgian football, having spent the second half of the 2023/24 season on loan at RWD Molenbeek.
The left-back began his football journey in the youth ranks of St Kevin’s Boys and St Mochta’s before joining Crystal Palace’s academy in 2015.
Born in Dublin to Yoruba Nigerian parents, Adaramola has represented the Republic of Ireland at various youth levels.

Adaramola Excited With New Challenge
“I’m very happy that I can call Cercle my new home from now on. I had a good feeling right from the very first conversations. I can’t wait to get started and show what I’m capable of,” Adaramola told the club’s official website.
Big Things Expected From Defender
Technical director Luciano Murchio expressed excitement with the defender’s arrival at the club.
“We are very happy to welcome Tayo Adaramola to Cercle. He is a young left-back, but one who has already gained mature experience at different levels in England and in the Belgian Pro League,” Murchio stated.
“He is a forward-thinking player with good offensive qualities who will complement our current squad well, and we look forward to seeing him take the next step in his career with Cercle.”
