Barau Football Club have arrived Asaba, Delta State, ahead of the Nigeria National League ,NNL, promotion playoffs.
The Maliya Boys landed in Asaba, on Wednesday with high hopes of securing promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) for the 2025/26 season.
32 players, and 15 officials along with the coaching staff made the trip.

The NNL has already announced that, the Super Eight tournament will take place at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, Delta State, from July 5 to 12, 2025.
Eight teams have qualified for the tournament, Warri Wolves, Osun United, Crown FC, and Kun Khalifa FC of Owerri.
Others are; Wikki Tourists of Bauchi, Yobe Desert Stars, Doma United of Gombe, and Barau FC of Kano State.
The competition will determine the four teams that will gain promotion to the NPFL for the 2025/26 season, it will also decide the overall winner of the 2024/25 NNL season.
