Kwara United, who are battling to avoid the drop this season have lost once and drawn six times at home in the current campaign.

“It’s a game that we really worked and planned to get three points because of the value and what we have achieved on the road so far” he told reporters after the game.

“Anybody that knows the team will know that we have progressed very well, but we are always finding it difficult to get the desired results at home- that’s football because it’s one of those things. We accept it in good faith and Rivers are lucky to escape with a draw.

“I believe the team is improving everyday. What we have achieved outside, we have not achieved it at home but we continue to pray for success in the home ground”.
