NPFL: Kadiri Rejoins Kwara United After Brief Stint Abroad

Samad Kadiri is back at Kwara United for a second stint few months after leaving the club.

Kadiri moved to Lebanese club, Al-Ahed last season but has decided to return to his old club after a brief sojourn in the Asian country.

The forward completed his medical in Ilorin on Thursday as well as other registration requirements for the new season.

Kadiri has been training with the Ilorin club for the past two weeks.

The former Lobi Stars player will take the place of another forward Wasiu Jimoh, who is expected to join Zambian Premier League club, Zesco United in the coming days.

Kwara United finished in fourth position in the NPFL last season.
