Anthony Nwakaeme was on target as Trabzonspor beat Denizlispor 2-0 in their Turkish Cup clash at the Medical Park Stadium on Thursday night, reports Completesports.com.
Jose Sousa opened scoring for Trabzonspor in the 22nd minute after he was set up by new arrival Badou Ndiaye.
Nwakaeme netted the second goal 10 minutes from time following a pass from Sosa.
The former Hapoel Be’er Sheva of Isreal striker was in action for the entire duration of the game.

Former Super Eagles captain, John Mikel Obi also featured for Trabzonspor in the game. Mikel was in action for 90 minutes.
Denizlispor’s new recruit Ogenyi Onazi however failed to make the matchday squad for his his new team.
Onazi joined Denizlispor on an 18-month contract on Wednesday after quitting Trabzonspor.
