Club Brugge legend Marc Degryse has advised Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika to always learn to control his anger.
Degryse made this known on the backdrop of the Nigerian international’s angry reaction when he was substituted for Hugo Vetlesen in the 82nd minute in Club Brugge’s 2-1 win over Westerlo in the Belgian League.

However, in a chat with Het Laatste Nieuws via voetbalbelgie, Degryse condemned Onyedila’s action.
“I think a coach or even a board should make it clear to Onyedika that a match like this at Westerlo was unacceptable. And then he was still angry when he was substituted.
“I have never seen anything like that from a player who plays in the ‘6’ position.”
