Orban Benched As PSG Overcome Lyon To Clinch Coup de France

Super Eagles forward, Gift Orban was on the bench for the entire 90 minutes as Paris Saint Germain (PSG) defeated Lyon 2-1 in Saturday’s Coup de France.

The Nigerian international has made two appearances and bagged two goals in the cup game for Lyon.

Ousmane Dembélé scored the opening goal in the 22nd minute with a fine finish.

PSG made it 2-0 in the 34th minute through Fabián Ruiz to delight of their supporters.

Jake O’Brien reduced the scoreline to 2-1 in the 55th minute to give Lyon a glimpse of hope for a comeback.

However, PSG defended for the remaining part of the minutes to clinch the Coup de France title.
