Gabriel Osho has announced his departure from Sky Bet Championship, Luton Town.

The 25-year-old left Kenilworth Road following the expiration of his contract.

Luton Town revealed at the end of the season that they were in talks over extending his contract.

The former Reading player announced his departure on the social media.

“I love you guys so much! Thank you for everything over the past 3 years Hope to see you all soon,” he wrote.

Osho had been linked with a move to Sheffield United since both clubs dropped out of the Premier League last term.

The defender made 21 appearances for Luton last season finding the net in the 4-3 home defeat to Arsenal, plus the 4-4 draw at Newcastle United.

He was also called up by Nigeria, only for injury to prevent him from making his Super Eagles debut.
