  • @osimgoal you will net double in ur next game in Jesus name amen don’t worry because i know that goals will come

  • With goals coming from every corner I was hoping you would get ur first Goal FOR the season today, but alas you had to settle for an assist.
I guess it must have been difficult for osimhen, all the attention must have been on him and I want to believe that his presence in the team took the pressure off his team mates and made them free to score goals.
Next up for napoli is juventus on October 4, a serious game.
I hope osimhen finds his shooting range and scores alot of goalz.
    Have a wonderful season

Not an easy though, but he had great shots on goal, thanks to the Genoa goalkeeper who kept him out. He had a great game, except for the expected goals!

Osimhen didn’t score, but he played so well though! That assist to me is worth 10 goals. What a back heel! And he was a constant threat, hustling and harassing, making runs, he made himself a big nuisance to the Genoa defenders. I would score him 8 out of 10. His presence created the space for many of the goals that Napoli scored today.
As a striker, Osimhen will still crave goals. It’s in a striker’s nature. My advise to him is to keep playing like he played today. Remain unselfish, play for the team, and keep up the hard work. The goals will come eventually. And when they come, it will be like the rain!

I quite agree with you @ Pompei.
With all the spotlight on the $80m Osimhen, Gattuso is intelligently using him as a decoy for the trio of Meterns, Lozano and Insigne…..very dangerous goal-getting players in their own rights….and it is working to 100% effect. Osimhen is serious constituting a big nuisance to defenses so far and most times the central defenders just end up looking confused…shey na ds one make we mark or that one….Lolz.
Napoli must be thanking their stars right now for landing this kid. His style of play gives them lots of options and tactical flexibility. I just pray he stays injury free for as many seasons as possible.

      • Yes Dr Drey, I watched highlights on YT and it was obvious that Osimhen’s presence confused Genoas defenders, they were all over the place… Meanwhile the other boys were having a field day banging in goals easily… This is the same Napoli just a season ago that could not really present a goal threat… Viva Osimhen, his goals are coming in a truckload… Kudos to Gattuso and Napoli’s mgt for a great buy!
