Wonder guys . I love you guys . the whole world will hear of you guys .
Honestly, I don’t get this Osimhen’s move apart from financial benefits – Lille cashing in and Osimhen increasing his pay. In terms of personal development, I may be wrong, but isn’t Lille going to play in Europe next session while Napoli won’t?
Is all about playing in Europe that matters for every individual player ? Osimhen will help his new Club play in Europe just as he helped Lille to be Europe having scored 18 goals and six assists for them.
@onwajunior, I think that cup that Napoli won in the final against Juventus has qualified them for Europa league next season. That is number one. Number two with the caliber of players osimhen will be playing with in Napoli, I think that should be a big booster to His career. Number three when you compare French league to Italian league, the later to me is far better. So if osimhen can get it right in Napoli, He can definitely play anywhere in the world.
Our collective prayer is that God should help him to get it right.
Thanks @Yinkus. I didn’t know Napoli won any cup. I kept looking at the table to understand why he’d choose Napoli.
Yea they won Coppa Italian against junventus.. Automatically they pick a ticket for Europa League next season
Napoli is between the 4th and 5th most supported club in Italy and 20th in the world. In the Europa club coefficients it is the 16th best team in Europe, just behind Roma and Chelsea. Its not a small club by any stretch of the imagination. Although they have qualified for the Europa league this season, even if they didn’t it is still a step up from Lille and almost a guarantee that they finish in the top 5 teams in Serie A and regularly qualify for either the Champions League.
The last 5 seasons in Serie A they have come:
2019/20 6th or 7th (TBD)
2018/19 2nd
2017/18 2nd
2016/17 3rd
2015/16 2nd
Don’t just look at the table today, look at their capability
