He had to be substituted  and rushed to hospital for proper examination before being operated upon.

Following the surgery, Napoli announced that Osimhen will be out of action for three months, which means he will not be at next year’s AFCON in Cameroon.

And giving update on Osimhen after the surgery, Napoli wrote:”Victor Osimhen was discharged from the Ruesch clinic this morning and returned home where he will have a rest period of at least 10/15 days.

“The SSCN and Dr. Raffaele Canonico thank Inter and in particular the CEO Giuseppe Marotta and Dr. Piero Volpi, as well as the staff of the Niguarda of Milan, for the precious and immediate collaboration on the occasion of the injury of the blue striker.”

Osimhen is Napoli’s leading scorer this season with nine goals in 14 appearances in all competitions.

    Get well soonest Victor Osimehn!

Guys did you guys just watch what happened this night? This guy, Cyriel kolawole Dessers is a phenomenon mehn!
Two sweet goals vs slavia praha..

I am really getting surprised that what we football fans are seeing even with our closed eyes our so called coach Rohr is too far from seeing it and he always claim that he has credible scout in Tunde Adelakun… These people are bunch of mediocres…

How can a good coach who knows what he is doing be begging a 32 year old retired sluggish striker in ighalo to come out of retirement while we are having the likes of AWONIYI, DESSERS and SADIQ performing well week in week out?

Hmmmm may God in His infinite Mercy come to super eagles aid in terms of players invitation, tactics, timely substitution, excellent game approach couple with good formation…

Rohr pls call Dessers,Awoniyi, Bassey, Dennis, Lookman and Amoo for AFCON since NFF ain’t ready to sack you yet…

I don’t know what Rohr is waiting for before he calls Awoniyi, Dessers, Sadiq and our other hot strikers, is it that the guy has problem with his sight or he doesn’t watch Nigeria players when they play? Don’t he have You give on his phone?
