Osimhen Nets Goal No 20 For Charleroi In Away Defeat To Antwerp

Victor Osimhen was on target as 10-man Sporting Charleroi failed to secure a place in the UEFA Europa League after going down to 3-2 defeat against Antwerp in the play-off final on Sunday, reports Completesports.com.

Osimhen opened scoring for Charleroi after just nine seconds, the fastest goal scored in the history of the Belgian League

It was the forward’s 20th goal in 36 league appearances for Sporting Charleroi this season.

Dorian Dessoleil doubled the advantage for the visitors in the 12th minute.

The home side however pulled a goal back through Dieumerci Mbokani six minutes later.

Charleroi were reduced to 10-men when Gjoko Zajkov was sent off in the 20th minute.

Lior Refaelov got the equaliser for the hosts in the 22nd minute.

Mbokani netted the winning goal for Antwerp in the 67th minute.

Osimhen is now expected to return to his parent club Wolfsburg following the completion of his loan deal.

I pray he’s given chance to prove himself at afcon. I see him as our joker

What more can l say about this player of our time. He is now the highest goal scorer of all Nigerian players in the World this year.

Any National coach who ignore Osimhen now, do so at his peril. No wonder many of my friends are up-beat about Nigeria winning this African cup in Egypt this summer.

Wow. Osimhen + Sam Chukwueze + Onuachu + Onyekuru + Ighalo + Mikal + +++.Aina. Please, forgive me if l stop. My friend Omo9ja, this summer is going to be very hot indeed in Egypt. l love you. Have fun.
Enjoy your day. Summer has already started here where l am as l see the Nigerians line up.

Lol…. It’ll be a very big disaster if naija fails to win the nations cup

It will not be a disaster, it may mean that we will go home to get ready to fight another day. However, Nigeria has what it takes to do well.

If any Nigeria opponents don’t take notice, they will surely live to regret it. Believe me.
