Osimhen Set To Power Napoli To Serie A Title Against Udinese Today

Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen will be hoping to lead Napoli to the Serie A title as they visit Udinese today.

Recall that Napoli celebrations were delayed on Wednesday, following Lazio’s 2-0 home win over Sassuolo.

However, the Naples-based side need a draw to be crowned the new Italian champions for the first time in 33 years, a feat achieved during the era of late Diego Maradona.

The Nigerian international, who has been at the fore front of the team’s attack, has netted 21 goals and five assists in 26 league appearances for Luciano Spalletti’s side this season.

With 45 Serie A goals in three seasons, Osimhen is also a goal away from equaling the record set by George Weah as the Africa Player with the most Serie A goals.

Osimhen will be hoping to power his side over the finish line at the Dacia Arena.

  • He needs to start banging in the Goals again Lautaro Martinez is catching up to him Lautaro is now on 19 goals scored while Osimhen still has 21. so Osimhen need not be complacent put your scoring boots back on.

  • Osimhen needs to be there no 1 PK taker as well look around across the big leagues there leading scorers are always there PK takers.
