Waldrum please be humble enough to take advice from Magudu if you must succeed with the falcons. NFF should give more power to Magudu because he understands the girls more than Waldrum. We can not be clueless against South Africa. We must play quality football and show that we want the win more because football in Africa has become banters and the South Africans are beginning to think they are the better team after our lacklustre WAFCON loosing to Zambia and Morocco.

A coach who saw off Cotedivoire, Ghana and Cameroon to qualify for the world cup, nearly saw off Morroco at AWCON with 9 men for close to 60 mins, saw off the likes of Australia, Canada and England (nearly in the latter’s case) and has just seen off Cameroon in the Olympics qualifiers to reach the finals rounds for the first time in 12 years should grovel at the feet of someone who played Ethiopia and Capeverde to succeed….LMAOoo….you must have serious mental problems….LMAOoo.

Where has your Madugu with all his advice been for the past 16yrs….???

      • my brother, I wonder how some of us Nigerians reason. We forget so easily. For me, I don’t want entertainment just play to get the job done. The coach has proven that he is not a fluke. When he was losing friendlies played away, we were all against him and wanted him removed. Check the records since he started winning against New Zealand, he has not lost any match except against England through penalty. I was convinced he knew his onions when I saw his starting lineup against Cameroon in Abuja. Dropping Ayinde and Oshoala for two young and energetic Abiodun and Echegini to start the game.

“It will be do or die (vs Nigeria),” Ellis declared after her team pipped Tanzania 1-0 at home Tuesday night to go through to the playoffs 4-0 on aggregate.

The CAF Coach of the Year said her team will plan for an early training camp to give them a bigger chance against the nine-time African champions.

“We want to have an early camp, we will improve our chances when we prepare early and very well,” she said.

The South Africans are already mooting the idea of early camping ahead of the winner takes all qualifiers against Nigeria.

What are our own NFF’s plans….? Your guess is good as mine.

What is our own NFF planning…???

Call the team up from various parts of the world after 2 months for the qualifier, have 2 training sessions and hope the “Nigerian spirit” will do the magic right…?!

    I dey laugh o..!

My brother I hope they get the preparations right this time despite my gut telling me otherwise.

Something tells me that the reason Waldrum’s excessive experimenting has to do with limited preparations.

My sentiments exactly! SAFA is taking this very seriously because they want to show that their last 2 victories over the Falcons were not flukes. But will our NFF be serious about it? For me, Waldrum has already proved himself and what he can do. It’s up to the NFF to invite players in time and get them camped in time.
