Payne Scores Second Goal Of Season As Sevilla Lose To Ajibade’s Atletico Madrid

Super Falcons star Toni Payne was on target for Sevilla who lost 2-1 to Atletico Madrid in the Spanish women’s league on Saturday.

Payne has scored two goals in four appearances in the league for Sevilla.

Also in action was Rasheedat Ajibade who was later taken off in the 79th minute.

Payne scored with 10 minutes into the second half to make it 1-1.

It is the 28-year-old’s second goal in her last three games.

Sevilla have recorded just one win (three defeats) in their four league games this season.
