Premier League Clubs Interested In Ex-Golden Eaglets Star

Premier League clubs are queuing up for former Golden Eaglets star Akinkunmi Amoo who currently play for Swedish side Hammarby, The Sun.

Amoo, 19, is having an impressive campaign in the Scandinavian top flight which has seen a host of teams keen to sign him.

But his chances of a work permit are slim just now as he has yet to play for Nigeria at full international level.

And that may count against him as he bids to move to England in the next window in January.

Amoo scored nine goals and assisted five in his 29 league appearances in the 2021 season.

He also chipped in with four goals in seven appearances as Hammarby won the Swedish Cup.

The versatile youngster usually starts on the right wing for Milos Milojevic’s side.

However, he has also been deployed centrally in midfield, as a No10 and even up front, too.

In 2019, Amoo featured for Nigeria at both the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations and World Cup.

In total he has ten U-17 caps with one goal.

The dude would have to wait till 2023, as we all know, 2022 is a very busy year for serious-minded players, big tournaments lie ahead

  • Akinkunmi amoo is not only for the future, he is also for the present……His pace is what stands him out by far and that kind of pace would be a great asset in the EPL……His dribbling skills are also very clinical and now he has added great finishing to his game……I think we should start blending him into the SE set up gradually now before he moves to a top5 league very soon.

@ Akp, are you expecting the clueless Mechanic Rohr to bring in a 19
year old kid striker Akin Amoo ? If you are dreaming you better wake up as the Man lacks vision, only a visionaries and ambitious Coach like Westerhof, late Keshi , Jose Mouhrino can unleash a young dynamic diamond great player as Akin Amoo .

An ambitious cum visionary Westerhof did it with an 18 years old unknown kid Daniel Amockachi that was playing in the local league, ( not even has he ever discovered in the age grace completion U17 as Osimeh) but when we saw him for the first time in Algier 90
, every sensible soccer fans knew at once ; a raw diamond has just been discovered; before the Afcon tournament ends which was first Afcon tournament Westerhof Amokachi exploded the great talent and in no time competing for supporting striker role with Siasia ; till date after exit of Amokachi there was no another Amokachi type of rugged player with great skill and African power strength player as Amokachi again.

I have watched severally Akin Amoo games and my conclusion every time I watched him playing is ….. This is the missing Amokachi; aside his dribbling prowess that is higher than Amokachi, every other great quality in Amokachi are deposited in this talented Akin Amoo; only a clueless mechanic that called himself Coach like Rohr would allow such talented player un utilized and would rather resulted to the likes of retired flopped Igahalo that can pay their way

Hahahaha…you are not only a pathetic liar, you are also even more clueless than the ‘clueless mechanic’….LMAOOooo…a typical case of kettle calling pot black…..LMAOOoo.

Please who gave the following players their SE opportunities and at what age….???

      1. Kelechi Iheanacho
      2. Victor Osimhen
      3. Chidozie Awaziem
      4. Sam Chukwueze
      5. Maduka Okoye
      6. Tyronne Ebuehi
      7. Francis Uzoho
      etc.

Please remind us again, which team was the youngest team at the 2018 World cup….???? LMAOOoooo

Which team was also the youngest team at the 2019 AFCON…?

Which coach has used more teenagers in the SE than that mechanic…?

Please look for somewhere else to deposit your lies…not here……LMAOOOoo

  • Lets wait and see what happens.

@Dr Drey , would you please grow up for once , and for once put up a civilized character expected of what you profess to be in real life ? Must you insult your fellow forum members in a crude manner always before you pass your comment ?

Have you forgotten how we laboured until late hours of the last Afcon before your clueless mechanic alias Coach Rohr a.k.a Belmadi’s trainee gave Osimeh chance ?

An ambitious and real coach would know Igahalo at his prime time never had quality of Osimeh; Westerhof unleashed an Unkown 18 years local club player Amokachi right from his first Afcon and first match , unlike your your clueless Rohr ; the corrupt Rohr and his business partner NFF would have messed up our WC qualifying match with a senseless call up of flopped retire Igahalo to such extent contemplating of giving Igahalo N09 jersy

A clueless mechanic that couldn’t come up with a dependable goalkeeper in 6 years but would go blindly to bring average players while leaving out quality players ; that many coaches in the past have come up with dependable keeper Enyema , Cal Ikpeme we’re all discovered by the local coaches less than 3 months ; yet your corrupt clueless Rohr in 6 years are still wandering from Uzoho to inactive John Noble ahead of his superior quality keeper that benched him in his Eyimba club).

Tell me any ambitious coach that would leave out the quality players as this wonder kid Akin Amoo , Taiwo Awoniyi, Dessers, Dennis etc but would go and disturb a retired flopped Igahlo from his Saudi pilgrimage?

If Nigeria is not a backward and shameful corrupt country, would they have achieved a clueless mechanic alias Coach Rohr that has never won even a tea cup in his 30 years awkward career , not even U15 cup .

Now we have seen 6 years wasted coaching, from the longest ever serving SE coach
