  • Ndidi played that central defence position today with ease in an EPL match……why can’t he be deployed there in SE instead of us to keep mending the oyibo wall that seems to be cracking?……. trying new things is the foundation of a breakthrough.

I think Iheanacho and Lookman is sick possibly of covid-19, Rodgers gave the hint prior to Thursday Europa League match

Iheanacho and lookman and some of their teammates are infected with COVID-19 since last week, they should all be available in a week time

I may be wrong about this, but the evidence shows that Rodgers has no hidden agenda, at least for today. I do not buy the idea that he is biased against Iheanacho, or anyone for that matter.
Considering that Rodgers left an Englishman Vardy on the bench, excluded another Englishman Lookman from the squad, and started 2 Africans Daka and Ndidi, it seems to me that Rodgers’ primary interest is fielding his best legs, and his selection is dictated by the tactics he has chosen for the day.
If Iheanacho is not starting games, perhaps he needs to take a hard, honest look at his mirror when he gets home.

Ok Dr. Banks, if Lookman and Iheanacho are both down with Covid, that explains their exclusion then!
However, Iheanacho has been out of favor of late. It’s up to him to work his way back into the starting line up.
