Warrington coach Steve Price says Ryan Atkins remains firmly in his plans and has dismissed rumours suggesting he could leave the club.
The 33-year-old will be out of contract at the end of the season, leading to reports that a host of Super League rivals are sniffing around with a view to offering him a deal.
It has also been suggested that Warrington could be willing to let him move on, something which has been dismissed by Wire coach Price, who insists he remains firmly in his plans going forward. “He’s not going anywhere.

He’s contracted to Warrington Wolves,” he said. “I don’t know where that speculation has come from but he’s under contract for this year. “Rhino plays a huge part in our plans for this year, so I don’t know where that’s started.” Atkins has played in eight of Wolves’ 13 Super League games so far but has not featured in their past two games.
However he could return against Castleford Tigers on Friday as fellow centre Bryson Goodwin is struggling with an ankle injury.
