Olisa Ndah was in action for Orlando Pirates who defeated Chippa United with Stanley Nwabali in goal 2-1, in their opening game in the South African Premier Soccer League (PSL) on Wednesday night.
Jali gave Chippa United the lead in the 22nd minute but in four minutes of first half stoppage time Mabasa equalised for Pirates from the penalty spot.
Then in the 91st minute Saleng got the winner to give Pirates the perfect start to the new league season.
Pirates now occupy fourth spot on the while Chippa United 11th in the 16-team league table.
Both Ndah and Nwabali were in action for the Super Eagles in the AFCON 2025 qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda.
Nwabali featured in both games as the Eagles recorded a win (3-0 against Benin Republic) and a draw (0-0 against Rwanda).
Ndah only played in the game against Benin Republic when he was introduced in the sefond half.
