Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka has signed a new long-term contract, securing his future with the London club.

Arsenal made the announcement on their official website on Wednesday.

Commenting about his contract extension Saka tweeted: “London is my home. Arsenal my team. I’m so happy to finally announce my contract extension I love playing for this club and I’m looking forward to what the future holds.. The hard work continues so I can continue living my dream God is Great !!”

Arsenal Head coach Mikel Arteta said: “Bukayo is a talented and intelligent young player. He has impressed me with his work ethic and attitude to learn and adapt, and it has paid off in his performances. I am excited to continue working with him to develop him further, and for him to help us achieve our goals.”

Saka, 18, has been with Arsenal since the age of seven and has come through the ranks at the club’s Hale End academy.

This season he has made an impressive impact and has now made 37 first-team appearances since his debut in the Europa League in November 2018.

He made his Premier League debut at the age of 17 in a 4–1 win against Fulham last season.

He scored his first senior goal in a 3-0 win at Eintracht Frankfurt in September last year.

With 11 assists this term, Saka is the first teenager to hit double figures in a single season for us since Cesc Fabregas in 2006/07.

NFF….PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE….Go and get this lad.
Secretly start talking with his parents. They are his most important influence in his career especially his father!!
Don’t make it public or England will pounce on him to cap him.

Saka will sure want to play for the Super Eagles.
In his contact message, he said he do visit Nigeria with his parents on holidays and that means he knows and understands our culture.

NFF and Rohr have to act fast and accordingly !!!
