Peter Schmeichel beat Super Eagles duo Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi to Leicester City’s Man of the Match award, after Wednesday’s 1-1 draw at Burnley, Completesports.com reports.
The final result of the award which was decided by the club fans, was published on their Twitter handle.
Schmeichel polled 64 per cent to clinch the award while Iheanacho was second with 20 per cent.

In third place was Ndidi who got 11 per cent and Timothy Castagne was fourth with five per cent.
Both Ndidi and Iheanacho combined to rescue a point for Leicester who are now winless in their last three games.
A beautiful lobbed pass from Ndidi from the midfield was met with a one-time volley by Iheanacho to draw the Foxes level.
They stay in third position on 50 points in the league table.
