Super Eagles striker, Simy Nwankwo has condemned the action of Juventus forward, Cristiano Ronaldo to snub him when he requested they swap jersey together.
The Nigerian international, who played all 90 minutes in Crotone’s 1-0 lose to Inter Milan on Saturday, could not save his club from being relegated from Serie A.
He has scored 19 goals for the Pythagoreans this season, with only Cristiano Ronaldo and Romelu Lukaku scoring more.
The Super Eagles star wanted to have Ronaldo’s shirt but the former Real Madrid star gave the jersey to his compatriot Pedro Pereira during a Seria A game against the Old Lady.
Simy said he is now looking forward to having the shirts of Argentinian superstar, Lionel Messi and that of Bayern Munich striker, Robert Lewandowski.
“I tried to exchange the shirt with Cristiano Ronaldo, but he gave it to Pedro Pereira who is Portuguese like him,” the Nigerian was quoted by Tribuna.
“I would like those of Messi and Lewandowski,” he added.

I don’t see the anger or fuming in what he said. Ronaldo swapped jerseys with his fellow country man, that could have even been preplanned

This here is absolutely lazy reporting! The headline is false! Nowhere did Simy say he was upset or that he felt snubbed! You need to report facts only, not make stuff up!
This is what a lot of people are talking about. Ronaldo do not consider you Simy worthy enough to exchange his used Jersey with you. Why, he just sent you and your Club to a second Division. Ronaldo thinks that you, & your Club are binit him. If l were you, I would not have asked Ronaldo. I say to all the readers here, show me your friends or the company you keep, l will tell you whom you are. Simy, my lovely hardworking Country guy, move to a Club that truly reflects your present scoring status. You will see Rohr and even Ronaldo will be opening the door for you and kissing your boots. Believe me.
