Soetaers: Genk Must Be Prepared To Cash In On Onuachu

Former Genk star, Tom Soetaers has urged the club to cash in on Super Eagles striker, Paul Onuachu in this summer transfer window.

Soetaers stated this in an interview with HBvL, where he said that the Nigerian international has given his best for the club and should be allowed to join a club of his choice.

The Nigerian is arguably the best striker in the Belgian Jupiler League over the last 13 months — after netting over 50 goals in all competitions in that period.

“It seems to me that Paul Onuachu and Theo Bongonda had hoped to cash in on the previous top season with a nice transfer.”

“But even for the top scorer and Golden Shoe, no decent offer has been made. Strange.”

“I think the club is at a crossroads and must they will say goodbye to the trio in the front next summer,” he told HBvL.
