Spurs are reportedly willing to pay £15million for Hull City’s 14-goal forward Jarrod Bowen after scouting him again on Saturday.
Tottenham Hotspur sent a scout to see the Tigers hitman in action at Aston Villa and were once more impressed, according to a report in The Sun.

Bowen’s rifled left-foot finish produced his 10th goal in his last nine games and could well have added a few million onto his price-tag.
Spurs have been following the ex-Hereford United youngster for some time and were also present at Hull’s recent win over Sheffield Wednesday.
The Championship club have made it clear they have no desire to sell any of their top players in the January transfer window with The Sun adding that Nigel Adkins’ side have upped their valuation of 22-year-old Bowen to £20m.
