Henry Onyekuru says Galatasaray will keep fighting hard to retain their Turkish Super Lig title following Sunday’s disappointing 3-3 home draw against Gaziantep, reports Completesports.com.
Fathi Terim’s men led 3-1 at a point in the game before conceding an injury time equaliser which put a dent on their title bid.
The champions now sit in fourth position in the table, eight points behind leaders Istanbul Basaksehir.

“We are Galatasaray. Galatasaray fight until the last minute, carries this spirit and reflects on the field,” Onyekuru told Galatasaray’s official website.
Of course, as much as they allow us…I hope, these (poor officiating) ll not happen in the match we will play next week, but we did the same this past week. I hope we won’t experience them next week.
“As Galatasaray football players, we have to fight until the last second. Of course, we can say that it has become difficult due to the difference in points opened, but Galatasaray does not give up in the spirit, we will continue to fight the same spirit. ”
Onyekuru, who linked up with Galatasaray on loan in January has scored once in nine league appearances since his arrival.

My fellow 9ja football fans, if you watch this match yesterday, you will agree with me that onyekuru is a forgone issue. The guy is not even fit to play in a club like nasarawa utd. He can’t dribble, retrieve ball from opponent, he is a total waste. Unless he comes back to himself, his days in the SE is over.
You need to understand the game of football brother. Covid19 is affecting everything and the league is just resumes and may be Onyekuru is not fully fit. Just wait and see. God bless Nigeria!!!
It is either that this has attitude problem or bad advisers. In this age and time when football is dynamic, open his mouth and told his coach when he was in Monaco that he would not play as a striker and he will only play as a winger.
Even big names in world football had one time or the other played out position. Messi and Ronaldo started as a winger, but today they both play as strikers. Kross was an attacking midfielder but today he is playing as central/ defensive midfielder. David alaba from winger, to an AM, full back and now defender.
Let come back to nigeria Ndidi was a defender that was converted to a DM, etebo a striker converted to DM, Simon winger to a striker and the list goes on.. but you who has no name yet football you are doing shakara, no worry na people like Omo9ja dey deceive you.
