Samuel Chukwueze has warned Valencia defenders to be wary of his international teammate, Victor Osimhen, who he describes as a ‘Complete forward’, in Wednesday’s Champions League Group H matchday-three encounter, Completesports.com reports.
French Ligue 1 club, Lille who lost their openinng two group games to Ajax And Chelsea will look to bounce back into reckoning when they host Valencia at the Stade Pierre Mauroy on Wednesday.
Osimhen scored Les Dogues’ only goal in the competition so far this season in the 2-1 home defeat to Chelsea on matchday-two.
The 20 year has also scored seven goals and recorded two assists in 10 league game for Christophe Galtier’s men.
Chukwueze who is one of the 10 nominees for the 2019 edition of the prestigious Kopa Trophy Award believes his international teammate who is noted for his power, aerial ability and ability to attack spaces will be a handful for the opposition.
“He is a great player, he has a lot of speed and [eye for] goal, he reads [the opposition] very well. He is a very complete forward,” Chukwueze told Spanish online news outlet, Superdeporte.es.
Chukwueze, who plays for LaLiga side, Villarreal has been playing for Nigeria’s national teams together with Osimhen since the age of 16, when they both won the FIFA U-17 World Cup with the Golden Eaglets in Chile in 2015.
Osimhen picked up the Golden Shoe Award at the competition after emerging top scorer with 10 goals.
