Brazil star Vinícius Júnior has debuted a drastically altered look after returning home from the FIFA World Cup 2026.
The Real Madrid star underwent a non-surgical “chin harmonization” treatment in Goiânia, Brazil, with cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Alessandro Alarcão.

Dr. Alarcao shared a message of gratitude on social media, writing: “It was a great pleasure to welcome @vinijr to @luminiprivilege.
“Beyond being one of world football’s greatest talents, he is a man of great humility and courtesy, with an infectious energy. Thank you for your trust and for the pleasant conversation. It was a pleasure having you at the clinic.”
The procedure used dermal fillers rather than invasive surgery to create a much more defined, angular jaw and chin profile.
The surgery comes amid reports that Vinicius has reconciled with his girlfriend Virginia Fonseca, who had announced their split before the World Cup, The Sun UK reports.
Recall that the pair was recently seen together at the opening of her new gym, and Vinicius left a heartfelt comment under her holiday post from Italy saying: “I love you.”

Despite Brazil’s Round of 16 elimination, Vinicius stood out with four goals and one assist, reaffirming his elite status.
