Sanusi Thumbs Up NSC
The General Secretary of the NFF, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi, described the establishment of the committee as another landmark achievement resulting from the collaboration between the National Sports Commission (NSC) and the NFF.
According to Sanusi, it marks the first time a dedicated welfare committee has been constituted for the Super Falcons ahead of a major international tournament, underscoring the commitment of both bodies to prioritizing the team’s welfare and ensuring a successful title defence in Morocco.
” For us at the NFF, this shows the level of commitment the NSC is putting on Women’s football and it will only make the women’s game to continue to grow rapidly in the country,” Sanusi stated.
” We believe this committee is not going to the WAFCON to take the responsibilities of anybody but to make sure we have a seamless campaign for the tournament”.
