West Ham Step Up Chase For Eze

West Ham United have stepped up efforts to sign Eberechi Eze from Championship club Queens Park Rangers this summer, reports Completesports.com.

Eze enjoyed an outstanding campaign with QPR and was named the club’s player of the year.

The talented midfielder scored 14 goals in 46 league appearances for the Londoners last season.

The 22-year-old is also wanted by several Premier League clubs, including Aston Villa, Crystal Palace, Newscastle United and West Bromwich Albion.

According to the Guardian, David Moyes has the biggest interest in the player and wants to sign him quickly.

The Hammers want young players from lower divisions, such as Jarrod Bowen and believe Eze would continue Moyes’ revamp of the squad.

But the competition for his signature may force them to pay over the odds to sign the QPR star.
