Who Is Predicted To Win The WSOP 2021?

It’s safe to say that there are going to be some big names appearing in the poker tournament this year, and it would not be surprising to see some of the below names win the big event. If you want to know who is going to be partaking in the event then simply look below. The WSOP is now returning to normal this year and the schedule has been released as well.

It would seem that some of the biggest names in the poker world are starting to lay out some of their plants for this year’s event. In addition to this, it would seem that some people have already qualified for the event. They get to win a $10,000 buy-in for the tournament and one of the people who is eligible for this would be the NBA Hall of Famer, Tony Parker.

Tony Parker

Tony Parker has won the NBA Championship four times and he was one of the first people to qualify for the WSOP. He won the charity event that was hosted by the PM Group in January. Of course, the top prize for the event was a $10,000 event seat. Gregory Chochon, who is the WSOP director has come out to say that because of his career, he never really had much time to participate, but now he is more than ready for the challenge. He’s said that they always like to promote poker as a sport, so the fact that Tony has qualified is fantastic news to say the least. Daniel Negreanu

Daniel Negreanu has won the WSOP bracelet six times. He’s said that there are many events that he is really excited for. There is way more variety this year and on top of this, you have the $50,000 Poker Championship too.  At the end of the road, you have a $250,000 no-limit and of course, the $100,000 no limit too. This is really helping people to get interested in the event and it would not be surprising to see Daniel Negreanu take home the whole thing.

Phil Ivey

Phil Ivey has stated in the past that all he wants to do is travel and play poker. He’s got ten wins in the WSOP bracelet and he is coming off a win this month already. He won the WPT $25,000 Championship and he’s told Joey Ingram that he really enjoys playing online poker. That being said, he prefers playing live as he likes to look at his opponent. In this day and age, it would seem that the online game has gotten a lot harder as well. He’s said that he’s looking at the WSOP and although he’s not sure about the full schedule, he’s certainly looking at a few events.

Doyle Brunson

Doyle Brunson has won the championship 10 times and he’s said that he was planning to come out of retirement so that he could play a few tournaments. He’s said that he has recently started to play 2-7 and RAZZ as well. He’s also very keen on bounty tournaments at the Hall of Fame as well. He’s always pushing to become the best that he can and it’s safe to say that he is not going to be missing out on some of the upcoming tournaments.

It is going to be a difficult task predicting the overall winner but one thing is certain – this year’s event is going to be a real showdown of some of the greats in professional poker.
