Barcelona midfielder Gavi has expressed deep concern regarding teammate Lamine Yamal’s recent injury, describing the situation as a painful blow for the team.
Recall that the Spanish international suffered the injury in Barcelona’s 1-0 win over Celta Vigo on Wednesday.
The win took Barca nine points clear at the top of the LaLiga table.

However, reacting to the development, Gavi, in a chat with the club’s website, stated that Yamal was extremely upset in the dressing room after being forced off.
“He’s the best and it’s a real shame not to have him.
“He was upset in the locker room. We don’t know how long the injury will take, but we hope it’s as short as possible.”
