Bariga Stars FC is a fast-growing grassroots football club based in Bariga, Lagos State. The club is built on the vision of discovering, developing, and promoting young football talents from Bariga and surrounding communities, with a clear ambition of reaching national and international football stages. We focus on discovering, developing, and promoting young footballers from Bariga and surrounding communities, with the ambition of competing at national and international levels. Guided by our motto “Built in Bariga, Built for Greatness,” Bariga Stars FC represents hard work, resilience, and the belief that greatness can emerge from grassroots football. The club competed in the 2026 Nationwide League One (NLO) season, gaining valuable experience and continuing its commitment to developing young talent. While we did not secure promotion this season, the campaign strengthened our squad and reinforced our ambition to compete at a higher level. Vision: To raise great talents from Bariga and beyond who shine anywhere in the world. Mission: To discover, train, and support young football talents by providing structured coaching, discipline, mentorship, and exposure opportunities that prepare them for professional football. Playing Style: The team plays an energetic and disciplined style of football, focused on teamwork, quick transitions, and a high work rate. Our Core Values are Discipline, Teamwork, Hard work, Respect, and Development. Our team is committed to youth development and competitive excellence, using football as a tool to build discipline, opportunity, and future success for young players.
