Leandro Bacuna has vowed to fight for Cardiff and boss Neil Warnock after completing a permanent switch from Reading. The 27-year-old put pen to paper on a four-and-a-half year deal, which runs until the summer of 2023, on transfer deadline day.
Bacuna has spent the last 18 months with Reading, having joined from Aston Villa, and his versatility could prove key for Cardiff in the second half of the season.

The Curacao international highlighted Warnock’s role in luring him to the Welsh capital and insists he will do everything possible to keep the Bluebirds in the top flight.
Bacuna told Cardiff’s official website: “A few weeks ago, I was made aware of some interest and it has all gone from there. I’m very happy and looking forward to getting started. “Every game I play I give 100% and I’ll be fighting hard to help our team. I’ve played against the manager and you can see he always wants to win. He is so passionate. It’s going to be great to work underneath him and hopefully he will push me on as a player.”
