Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has condemned the killing of over 200 Nigerians, including children, in Benue State.
According to media reports, the community was attacked over two days, from Friday, June 13, to Saturday, June 14, 2025, by armed assailants, resulting in extensive loss of lives and destruction of property.

Reacting to the development via his official X handle, Simon described the attack as a “sickening dimension” of violence that must not be allowed to become the norm.
He urged the people to stand together against violence and demand justice.
