Onyeka continues to be a revelation in England as he played his part in Brentford’s demolishion of Oldham in the Carabao Cup this week.
I am such a huge fan of this lad and am pleased to see how he has taken to life in English football like the proverbial duck to water.
His energy, application, hunger and desire are there for all to see.
Rating him for that match, Uzzi Majid – writing for Football.London – observed:
“Frank Onyeka
The Nigerian’s energy in midfield was key in the middle of the park as Brentford comprehensively thrashed their visitors. A superb showing before being replaced. 7/10”
I do hope he will be available for Nigeria’s next world cup qualifiers.
