Chelsea and Saudi club Al Ahli are the only two clubs currently battling for the signature of Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen.
The Nigeria international is keen to leave the former Serie A champions before the end of the current transfer window.
The number of his suitors has however reduced with four days left on the window.
According the transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano Chelsea and Al Ahli are in the running to get the deal done before deadline day.
“Chelsea and Al Ahli remain the two clubs in active talks for Victor Osimhen,” Romano wrote on X.
“Al Ahli still trying to convince Osimhen after agreement on €65m package with Napoli.
“Chelsea are still attentive as contacts are ongoing, separate story from Sancho.
“NO bid from PSG.”

Osimhen has a 70% of leaving, but probably not with chelsea. So far chelsea offered a loan deal with an option to buy and osimhen rejected that deal, most likely wants a permanent move. He holds all the card and can run his contract out and leave on a free. Lukaku on chelsea books, chelsea would need to get something like 35 million for him, plus he has enormous wages. Lukaku will take a pay cut but hes not gonna take an enormous pay cut, hes not an idiot. In the end your replacing osimhen with somebody who is older than him and who makes more money, it doesnt make any sense. But for chelsea perspective he would fit the bill
How they gonna get osimhen and go about resolving psr and financial fair play, putting a 70-90 million package for osimhen. PSG might come last minute, they the only one with the money. Even arsenal asked napoli to lower the price of osimhen, the owner is a tough businessman, I like that. Osimhen was parading around english people talkng how much he loves the premier league while being employed by a team thats not in the premier league, the level of disrespect. I dont know why conte will destroy napoli just for lukaku. Overall osimhen is better than lukaku. Napoli finished 10 last season with osimhen and krava. De laurantis sold a lot of supporting characters and kept the most important players. With osimhen gone they will finish lower
