Villarreal manager Unai Emery says Samuel Chukwueze is gradually returning to his best following a lengthy spell on the sidelines, reports Completesports.com.
Chukwueze recently returned to action for the Yellow Submarine after picking up an injury in the Europa League semi-final win against Arsenal in May.
The 22-year-old made his first appearance this season in the 2-1 home defeat against Osasuna replacing Arnaut Danjuma 12 minutes from time.

The Nigeria international opened his goal account in the Champions League win against Young Boys of Switzerland.
“It’s great for ‘Samu’ to return after a major injury,” Emery said.
“(Against) Atletico Bilbao, the game demanded a little more of him and now he has had more playing minutes.
“We are now seeing the qualities of ‘Samu’.”
