Crystal Palace Star Eze Gets England U-21 Call-up

Crystal Palace new signing Eberechi Eze has been called-up to the England Under-21 squad for their Andorra and Turkey UEFA U21 EURO Championship qualifiers.

Palace confirmed Eze’s call-up in a statement on their website on Friday.

Eze is in-line to make his first international appearance while representing Palace, after his call-up before joining was curtailed through a fitness concern.

Eze currently has six Under-20 caps and has made three Under-21 appearances.

The 22-year-old still qualifies to play for Nigeria as he has never featured for England at senior level.

On Thursday Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka got his first England senior call-up ahead of their UEFA Nations League games against Belgium and Denmark as well as the friendly against Wales.

  • To me Eze and Saka are both gone..

Latest news: Goodnews guys Fifa just change kelvin akpoguma nationality to Nigeria.. Find link below https://www.fifaindex.com/player/211856/kevin-akpoguma/

  • That’s Because Nigeria is not making the effort. Eze Posted a Happy Independence Day to Nigeria on his Status yesterday, Meaning Patriotism dey him body for Naija. If Rohr only has to show effort and travel to meet with Him like he was willing to do for Kevin Akpoguma give him his vision and mission he has for Eze in the Super Eagles and he still says No then we can say the boy doesn’t want to.

Let this not be a Repeat of David Alaba when he said He didn’t choose Nigeria because we just never approached him. Had we approached Alaba he would be a Super Eagle by now.

Mawn are you living in this planet at all

That is dated 10 months ago

      • @SAMCHI yes it was well documented that Amaju Pinnick Flew to meet Eze and I am very much aware of that. I, even commented when CSN reported it late last year, I will not deny that.

I also Know that Rohr did not follow up on Eze because he was a young lad at the time and playing in the English Championship and we all know Rohr (which even I will commend him for to a certain extent) doesn’t really give League 2 players in any league a sniff to his own detriment in a way because I will still say the English Championship is on par with some Premier Leagues in UEFA. let me not list them, I.e. Danish league etc. (FC MITJYLAAND- Onuachu old team)

What I am doing is trying to alert Rohr’s attention back towards this matter because, believe me Eze has slipped his mind now. I can guarantee you only when Eze’s Momentum kicks in this season and he starts putting in Man of the Match Performances like we all know he will that’s when Rohr will want to now start competing with Gareth Southgate for EZE.

Look at Eze start first game of the season in bench role and cemented his place immediately. by the second and third game we all saw it. Its only a matter of time before he is on Gareth Southgate plans again then it will really be too late, get him to commit now is what I am saying. Touch base with him again. That’s showing interest in a players plight.

A Word is enough for the Wise.

        Hahahaha @ SAMCHI
No mind that onuku. He didnt have money to subscribe to internet access since 2017…that is why he is 100% ignorant.

Ebere Eze his tin-god was in the same camp with Aina and Maja in 2017, the 2 of them are now in the SE…but we have to go and put sacrifice in the middle of london for his arusi to choose to play for Nigeria. The brat prefers to go and sit on U21 bench for england rather than a guaranteed spot in SE….LMAO

Dog wey go loss nor dey hear hunter whistle.

And how do you know that? If you are looking for newspaper headlines to announce to the world you must be living under a stone. The NFF do not do that any more because they have learnt their lessons from the Tammy Abrahams situation.
