Everton, Cremonese Celebrate Iwobi, Dessers’ Goals Vs Algeria B Team

Everton and Cremonese celebrated Alex Iwobi and Cyriel Dessers’ goals in the Super Eagles 2-2 draw against Algeria B team in Friday’s test game in Constantine.

Iwobi, who came on in the second half, drew the Super Eagles level in the second half with a superb long range strike.

Dessers then made it 2-1 after pouncing on a loose ball inside the box.

In my opinion, Dessers is our next most clinical finisher at the moment. What Osimene has over him is sheer power, aggressiveness, tenacity and that all round ability. Will love to see Osimene play behind Dessers at some point. Desser’s unique ability to change n run into different positions, shoot effectively with both feets as well as quick feet off the ground makes him really dangerous in opponent goal area

Very true.. Desser is a dangerous player.. the chance he missed yesterday was as a result of some world class defending by the Algerian defender.. he still had his goal from a very tight angle showing his ability to be clinical.. I feel very sorry for awoniyi , he has some work to do to displace the trio of oshimen, moffi and desser. They are the best we have for now….. We need to cap this deseer guy in a competitive game to get him permanently on our side.. he is a good player.
