Gbets has formed a collaboration with the Paarl Rocks cricket team as part of its expansion plans.
Immediately following the announcement of a collaboration with the Goldrush Gaming Group’s sports betting division, the Gbets Rocks brand was renamed to the new Rocks franchise due to the cooperation.
Cricket Boland has signed an exclusive naming rights agreement with Gbets, a renowned sports betting division of Goldrush Gaming Group, for the club’s men’s cricket team. G-bets is a subsidiary of the Goldrush Gaming Group. There will be no delay in the implementation of the collaboration.
They are home to the Boland Rocks, a known cricket franchise with its headquarters in the Boland area of South Africa’s Western Cape province. There are a plethora of current and former Proteas internationals, as well as developing players who will undoubtedly become household names soon, among the franchise’s ranks of players.
According to Cricket Boland president Angelo Carolissen, “we have agreed to maintain ‘The Rocks’ as our official name for the professional group across all formats of the game.” “We are delighted to welcome Gbets to the team.” In addition to building on the success we’ve had with the Paarl Rocks in recent years, this will be significantly more successful. Additionally, we are thrilled to have Gbets on board as a partner, and our team will be referred to as the “Gbets Rocks” from here on out as a result.
According to William Reyneke, the company’s Director of Sales and Marketing, it was a straightforward decision for Gbets South Africa to sponsor the Paarl-based side: ‘’Gbets is thrilled to announce its relationship with The Rocks, which has a common goal of high motivation, ethics, and achievement. Neither brand is dissatisfied with our never-say-die attitude, which is especially crucial considering the rapid expansion of both businesses. Another crucial factor in the team’s success was Gbets’ ability to join forces with a champion team that shared the same vision of success and victory as they did.”
According to Cricket Boland’s CEO, James Fortuin, the Gbets sponsorship is a watershed moment in the franchise’s history: “It represents a watershed moment in the history of cricket in the region.” The Gbets support will help us achieve our goal of becoming a dominant force at the ‘A’ level of the country’s new domestic league structure, which we have set for ourselves. In addition, the Paarl Rocks’ recent success allows us to deepen our relationship with our devoted fans throughout the region, as well as nationally and internationally, by expanding our participation in their events. Cricket Boland and Gbets Rocks! You made the right option, Gbets: Cricket Boland and Gbets Rocks!”
It is a success, according to Reyneke, that is at the heart of their partnership, as stated in the following statement: “Our goal of mutual benefit and loyalty to our respective supporters and customers is very much a priority.” This is a source of great pride for us because it means that some of Gbets Rocks’ most well-known names will be sporting their characteristic gold and purple jersey, with Gbets at the forefront of the roster. Additionally, we believe that the team name Gbets Rocks is perfectly appropriate for both teams and represents a winning vision built on history and success!
