Gunners are understood to be one of several top clubs keeping tabs on RB Salzburg’s Hungarian midfield starlet Dominik Szoboszlai. Calciomercato claim the Gunners are among a clutch of clubs to be showing interest in the 18-year-old, who has been likened to Lazio’s Sergei Milinkovic-Savic in style, although he has made just a handful of first-team appearances for the Austrian champions.
Their report suggests Juventus are at the front of the queue with their scouts impressed by Szoboszlai when he scored with a 25-metre free-kick for Hungary Under-19s against Italy in November.

Inter Milan, Monaco and Bayern Munich have also been linked with the ex-Videoton and MTK Budapest youngster who cost Salzburg 500,000 euros in 2017. “I have heard about the interest, it is a great honour to be communicating with clubs of this level such as Gunners , Monaco, Bayern Munich and other big clubs,” Szoboszlai told Blick this week. “For the time being, however, I have only enough things to do in Salzburg. Everything else is done by my agent, luckily I only have to focus on football.”
